Place du Tilleul

This square, so named because of the lime tree (tilleul in French), is one of the best preserved areas. At the end of rue des Princes is the Ostellerie, a 13th century residence listed as a historic monument (faces the museum with its hand looms, parchments, weapons, tools, antiques, earthenware, statues, etc).
